The foremost experts in financial investigation and prosecution came together in November at the SOCEX Financial Investigators’ Conference, sponsored by the Altia-ABM group.

An very important part of this conference is the dinner and presentation of the annual Keith Hughes Awards celebrating Innovation and Excellence in Financial Investigation and recognising the achievements of individuals and teams who have made outstanding contributions to investigations.

The SOCEX conferences host senior investigators from police forces and enforcement agencies across the UK and internationally and Altia-ABM is the founder and the main sponsor of these events.

Ian Watson, CEO of Altia-ABM, said: “The increasing number of prosecutions of highly complex fraud cases in the UK is a testament to the hard work and determination of investigators in this field. We are delighted to continue to sponsor the awards that recognise the vital role financial investigators play and I congratulate the winners on their achievement.”

The 2017 Keith Hughes Awards winners were:

Individual Award Winner – Eloise Jones, Cheshire East Council
